This is a site Fibonacci found. Check it out, as well as this impressive video! I've never seen juggling choreographed to music before. Caution: this one is 4 minutes long and your internet speed matters.
I have been working on preparations for my third senior year. My first senior year was 30 years ago, it involved me and over 200 other adventurers. My second was 9 years ago with Fibonacci. And now, my (presumably) last Senior year will be enjoyed with Kate. Of the specific curriculum we will use, I have only been through one of the courses before, the philosophy. I have studied and taught variations on some of the other subjects, and some are brand new territory. I don't mind that. It is always interesting to break new ground.
I will not be teaching Sign Language this year after all. I have been having a series of health issues that I am trying to get on top of and I know that keeping up with Kate's education this year will be consuming enough. It was a difficult decision to make. I love teaching it, but it takes so much time.
Of interest, when I told the principal that I could not teach this year, he said that he and the VP had been talking and were going to ask me if I would like to teach more classes than sign. He said to keep them in mind for next year.
This is my second offer to teach. When Kate and I went colleging last May, a professor at one of the schools said that if I ever wanted to move out of Idaho to consider coming there to teach art. At this point, what I want to do is do art. I did a children's board book before Kate was born, and I have several ideas running around my brain that I would like to pursue once we graduate. Lord willing.
I am currently nursing what is at leas a cold and is leaning towards a sinus infection. I hate it when that happens. Kate and her dad have both had variations on this theme, and now it falls to me to be invaded.
Movies I've enjoyed this summer: Tristan and Isolde, The Importance of Being Ernest, Glory Road, and Nanny McPhee. Most recent Henty book: At Angencourt. Current read: Assassins by Oliver North, (Too close to reality; too believable; too possible! *Shudders*)
